My friend Cathy decided to follow her dreams and opened up a kick-ass workout studio in West Seattle. While high intesity interval training workouts are intense, Cathy wanted her studio to be different and welcoming no matter a person's fitness level or age. So we tried to capture that feeling for her new website using strong imagery mixed with casual, yet informative copy.
